Unless specified otherwise, intellectual property rights relating to such Content are the exclusive property of BEACH RESORTS INVESTMENT LIMITED. BEACH RESORTS INVESTMENT LIMITED does not grant any license nor any other right except for the right to access and use the Site.

The reproduction of all or any part of the Content is authorized solely for personal and private use. Any and all reproduction and use of copies of the Content for other purposes are explicitly forbidden.

Users may not copy, modify, create a derived work, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, grant, sublicense or transfer, in any way what so ever, any and all element of the Content or the Site.
